How To Set Up: Before you begin this meditation for self-connection we recommend finding a quiet space, placing a scarf or an eye mask over your eyes, and using headphones for the full 3D experience. There is no wrong way to do this. You can sit up or lay down. Whatever if most comfortable for you. Once you are ready you can begin by taking three intentional breaths. Tips: This meditation is about engaging with yourself and participating with the vibrational tones of this instrument. We recommend humming or gently singing along. Don’t be bashful. It’s not about sounding pretty it’s about generating vibration. When you hum/sing notice where in your body you feel these vibrations. Maybe in your chest, or your nose, or your mouth. During this meditation we encourage you to place your right hand over your heart, and your left hand over your right hand.
